Richard F. Weil Richard's long and successful career in restaurant and food service businesses includes a variety of leadership positions in noted companies. Prior to joining Nick-N-Willy's he served as National Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Multifoods Distribution Group in Denver, Colorado. Richard's other key positions have included President of Alliant Foodservice in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Santa Ana, California, General Sales Manager for Southern California and Denver. Today, Richard serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Restaurant Association.

Chris Moradian

Chris Moradian brings 25 years of management and brand development experience to our team that includes expertise in real estate and finance and retail commercial lease negotiations. Mr. Moradian co-founded Quizno's Canada Corporation in 1996 and helped spearhead the Quizno's brand development in Canada to over 400 units by 2003. Mr. Moradian also acquired the Master Franchise rights for the UK in the late 1990’s and oversaw the expansion of the brand through 2003; when both Canada and the UK markets were acquired by the Quiznos Corporation as part of a consolidation and privatization plan of the parent company. While under his leadership as the President/CEO of Quizno's Canada Corporation, the Quizno’s brand in Canada was awarded the "Master Franchisor of the Year" by its Franchisor, The Quizno's Corporation.

Sead Hamzagic

Sead has over 10 years of public accounting practice experience and 13 years of experience in financial management matters. Mr. Hamzagic has held a number of senior management positions in a variety of businesses and industries. Most recently Mr. Hamzagic was the Vice President of Finance for a large group of privately held companies that were involved in property development and management. Mr. Hamzagic is a member in good standing with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia.

Paola Rossi

Paola Rossi oversees all facets of our Franchise Support and Operations Department. Paola and her team of highly trained professionals provide the required training and store operations assistance on a daily basis to our franchise owners and operators. Paola held the position of Chief Operating Officer for QCPL Contracting (a division of Quiznos Canada Corporation) and formed part of the Quiznos Subs Senior Executive team. In her positions with QCPL and Quiznos, Paola was instrumental in the development and construction of Quiznos locations in Canada. Paola served as VP of Operations for Nick-N-Willy's Canada Corporation, the Canadian arm of the brand, from 2003 to 2006 and has served in her current role since January of 2006.

Valerie Samson

Valerie Samson brings twelve years experience managing administrative services and corporate communications for various public companies, including Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, an international alternative beverage marketing company. Between 1988 and 1994, Ms. Samson was involved in the sales and marketing efforts of The Nabob Coffee Company, the second largest Roast & Ground coffee brand in Canada.

Joanna Moradian

Joanna brings a wealth of experience to Nick-N-Willy’s in franchise development. She has years of experience assisting on franchise development for Quiznos Subs, supporting the development of Quiznos Subs throughout Canada and the United Kingdom. Joanna has assisted in recruitment of over 100 single unit franchise owners, numerous multi unit franchise owners, and a number of Area Developers while with Quiznos Subs serving on the executive team in the capacity of Franchise Sales Manager in Canada. She joined the Nick-N-Willy’s franchise development team in 2003 lending her expertise to the Company’s franchise expansion in Canada, and since 2007 she has assumed this role for the company’s franchise expansion plans throughout the United States and abroad.

Dan Ruimy

Dan Ruimy is integral in providing franchise and area developer training, and is very involved in all aspects of operations for the franchise system. Dan comes to Nick-N-Willy’s with many years of experience in the franchise industry including McDonalds, A&W and most recently as Director of Operations for Quiznos Canada. Prior to his position as Director of Operations, Mr. Ruimy served as Director of Training with Quiznos in Canada for several years training franchise owners and operators.

Chris Weil

Chris Weil serves as Field Operations Manager providing new store opening support and ongoing operational support to the franchise system. He has previous restaurant management experience with Olive Garden, where he was restaurant manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
